In 2024, I was commissioned by the Unit for Social and Community Psychiatry, Queen Mary University to create a series of banners, highlighting the experiences of migrant women, predominantly Latinx in London. This was a collaboration with MinA (Migrants in Action)

Over two evenings, we worked together to create small banners, resplendent with messages of resistance, radical thinking and racism. We negotiated the colour palette and the design of the larger pieces.  Later in the studio, I bought the work together into 3 larger banners. An additional MinA banner was commissioned to contextualise the work.

feedback from the project:

"Thank you so much for your guidance and inspiring work. It has been a blast and the women loved it so much."
